Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States — no minimum purchase required and no hidden fees at checkout.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). Once shipped, delivery takes an additional 3–8 business days. In total, expect your order to arrive within 4–11 business days from the date of purchase.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it on our order tracking page to follow your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours after the email for tracking to activate.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. To start a return, email us at support@hamelka.com with your order number. Returns are sent to our Returns & Fulfillment Center at 3815 N Santa Fe Ave Dock 3, Oklahoma City, OK 73118, United States. There are no restocking fees.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you a confirmation email. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a little extra time to post the credit.
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@hamelka.com. After that window, orders may have already entered processing. If your order has shipped, you'll need to follow our return process instead.
Damaged items: Contact us at support@hamelka.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
